* **Safety & Security:** Your safety is important. The home is equipped with smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. For security, there are exterior monitoring cameras. There are absolutely NO cameras inside the home. * **Pool Heat:** The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $100 per night. This must be arranged in advance, as it is turned on 24 hours prior to your arrival and is applied for all nights of your stay. * **Air Conditioning:** To ensure uninterrupted comfort, the AC thermostat is set to a minimum of 72°F. This protects the system from failure in extreme heat, guaranteeing a cool and reliable stay. * **For Families:** We welcome families and provide a Pack ’n Play and kids' dishes. However, the home is not fully child-proofed. The pool is fenced, but adult supervision is required at all times. * **Accessibility:** Please be aware there are two short steps at the entry and two steps down into the living room. * **Host Policy:** We take all guest concerns seriously.
