Lemmon 🌄 Here’s what you can expect in this charming hacienda wing, set up especially for summer guests! During the summer, we offer a private two-bedroom wing of our home. The remainder of the main house is closed and completely unoccupied during your stay, so you’ll have total privacy. Please see the floor-plan photo for a clear view of the indoor spaces included with your reservation. You are also welcome to enjoy all of the outdoor areas surrounding the main house, including the private backyard, hot tub, front courtyard, and other gathering spaces. None of these areas are shared. There is a completely separate guest house farther down the hill that may be occupied by other guests. It is not within view of the backyard or pool area, and guests staying there do not share any spaces or amenities with you. We simply ask that both groups respect one another’s privacy and avoid disturbing the other accommodation. 🛌 Two King Bedrooms Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom, complete with antique vanities and fluffy towels. Please note: We do not tolerate fraudulent issue reporting in an attempt to receive a refund or free stay. All reported concerns will trigger a professional inspection immediately (someone will come to the house), including professional analyzation of faked AI images. If no issue is found, a $100 service fee will apply. Thermostat: The thermostat is located in the closed portion of the main house, just outside the two-bedroom wing. We set it to 72°F before arrival, and you are welcome to message us if you would like the temperature adjusted. During Tucson’s extreme summer heat, we are unable to set the thermostat below 72°F. In past summers, lowering it below 72°F has repeatedly caused the air-conditioning system to overwork and break down—even in well-maintained homes. This has resulted in guests losing air conditioning altogether and needing to relocate in the middle of their stay. Our 72°F minimum is therefore not simply an energy-saving policy. It is a preventive measure based on multiple past breakdowns, designed to keep the system cooling reliably throughout your entire visit. We understand that individual temperature preferences vary, but maintaining this limit gives guests the best protection against an unexpected outage, repair visit, or mid-stay relocation. OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES: This property is monitored by a Minut decibel monitoring device. Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced. License 21471186 PARENTS: Please note this house is not baby proofed. We do include many baby amenities, however you are responsible for child and baby safety. There is a fence around the pool, however, pool safety and supervision are required by parents and other adults at all times to prevent accidents. **** the property is regularly monitored for any unauthorized camera connections, which (if ever found) would be promptly removed and destroyed. No cameras are allowed on the interior of this home.
