This proactive measure protects the air conditioning system from overworking, which can lead to breakdowns and the hassle of relocating mid-stay. POOL HEAT FEE: Pool heat fee is actual cost of $100 per night. It is turned on 24 hours before you arrive, and is applied for all nights of your stay. OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES: This property is monitored by a Minut decibel monitoring device. Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced. Other large gatherings of a quiet nature, such as a family gathering for Christmas will be considered only if requested in advance. ACCESSIBILITY: There are two short steps up in the entry.
