You have your own private entrance, private suite, and private patio with inflatable hot tub (bubbles too!), and cozy outdoor dining area. The views from the suite are sweeping mountain views and city lights. The main 4 bedrooms of the house are occupied by guests, but that is completely separate. You do not share any parking, entrances, areas or amenities. We simply ask that both groups respect one another’s privacy and avoid disturbing the other accommodation. 🛌 King Bedroom Your spacious bedroom has its own private full bathroom, complete with antique vanity and fluffy towels. The home was designed by a sought-after local architect and is full of distinctive Southwestern character. 50" tv in the bedroom. 🍽️ Outdoor Dining Areas. 👩🍳 Convenient Kitchenette The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster, Keurig, and a mini refrigerator with a separate freezer capable of keeping frozen foods—yes, including ice cream—solidly frozen. We also provide coffee, sugar, creamer, basic disposable plates, bowls and utensils, plus a simple breakfast to help you get your morning started. 💦 Three-person hot tub 🍼 Traveling with little ones? ******* IMPORTANT: There is a rise in guests doing refund scams in various ways. We take timestamped videos of our property directly before each stay showing all areas in good condition and cleanliness. Another scam is to report multiple issues but ask the host not to fix any of them, followed by a refund request after the stay. If a guest reports any issue, it will be promptly taken care of with a professional inspection and repair. However, if no problem is found, a $100 service fee will apply to the guest. Thermostat: The thermostat is located in the closed portion of the main house, just outside the two-bedroom wing. We set it to 72°F before arrival, and you are welcome to message us if you would like the temperature adjusted. During Tucson’s extreme summer heat, we are unable to set the thermostat below 72°F. In past summers, lowering it below 72°F has repeatedly caused the air-conditioning system to overwork and break down—even in well-maintained homes. This has resulted in guests losing air conditioning altogether and needing to relocate in the middle of their stay. Our 72°F minimum is therefore not simply an energy-saving policy. It is a preventive measure based on multiple past breakdowns, designed to keep the system cooling reliably throughout your entire visit. We understand that individual temperature preferences vary, but maintaining this limit gives guests the best protection against an unexpected outage, repair visit, or mid-stay relocation. OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES: This property is monitored by a Minut decibel monitoring device. Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, parties are prohibited. Unapproved visitors will result in us asking your entire group to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the cost of your reservation. This will be strictly enforced. License 21471186 **** the property is regularly monitored for any unauthorized camera connections, which (if ever found) would be promptly removed and destroyed. No cameras are allowed on the interior of this home.
